Please find below a quick answer to most of the questions we get asked on our facebook page or by email. If you can't find the answer to your question please get in touch and we will answer you as soon as we can.

Q. What do you charge per hour?
A. We charge £120 per hour.

Q. What is your 'Just the two of us' option?
A. We can pause taking your photos to act as your witnesses.

Q. How many hours do we need?
A. As many as you need!! But we’ll discuss everything with you.
However, we do recommend the following as a minimum:-
- Full day from getting ready to first dance = 9 hours
- Ceremony to first dance = 7 hours
- Ceremony to wedding breakfast (including speeches) = 5 hours
- Ceremony only = 2 hours

Q. Do you do a split shift?
A. Unfortunately not, the hours are continuous from when we arrive. If you need more hours that can be arranged, at an additional cost.

Q. Where do you take your photos, what areas are covered?
A. Northumberland, North and South Tyneside, Newcastle and Durham, anywhere else may incur charges for travel and accommodation.

Q. How many photos do you take?
A. Thousands and you get digital copies of every single one!!

Q. Do we get to meet up?
A. We hope so, we get a chance to chat, get to know each other and take a few awesome pre-wedding photos too.

Q. From our first enquiry how long is our booking pencilled in for?
A. We'll save the date for 30 days

Q. How do we book?
A. Just contact us, we will check that the date is available and once you’re happy and you've paid your deposit your booking is confirmed.

Q. How much is the deposit?
A. We ask for £120 to secure the day.

Q. Are deposits refundable?
A. Unfortunately not.

Q. How can I pay this?
A. Paypal, bank transfer or cold hard cash!

Q. When is my balance due?
A. 30 days before the date of your big day. We know how busy you'll be so we'll jog your memory when the time comes.

Q. Do you have a contract?
A. Yes we do, you will get a contract when you pay your deposit.

Q. Can we have copies of all our images?
A. Of course. All of your amazing images will be delivered to you on a hard drive which is yours to keep.

Q. Are you insured?
A. Absolutely! Fully insured.

Q. Can I post my photos on social media?
A. Of course, they're your memories and we hope you will! All we ask is that you tag us and let people know who we are .... please.

Q. Do you share my photos on social media sites?
A. We love to but they are always and forever yours so let us know that it's OK!

Q. What is a pre wedding shoot?
A. It’s a chance for us all to meet up, say hello and get some awesome photos.

Q. What’s in your kit bag?
A. Canon everything! And nothing but the best!

Q. What do you need from me?
A. We need to know the key timings of your day.
-Eg. Bridal preparations location/time
-Ceremony location and time
-First Dance
And a list of the photos you'd like and the photos you've always dreamed of and can't live without.

Q. What about copyright?
A. They are your memories and you are free to display them, print them and hopefully treasure them forever.

Q. Will we always have 2 photographers?
A. Yes always. We believe it is the only way to make sure we capture everything you need and from two different perspectives. We totally believe it can't be any other way!
